Your order will reach you within a fortnight after your payment has been received.
Unless we receive any specific instructions to the contrary, it will be forwarded to you be regular post, at normal postage rates.
An invoice is routinely enclosed with the order.
In the case of deliveries in Belgium, the carriage costs are included in the price.
For deliveries in the European Union or the rest of the world, the carriage costs are invoiced at a fixed rate or on the basis of the actual costs (see below).
In the case of consolidated orders, or those intended for commercial purposes, or enjoying "special terms", the actual carriage costs are invoiced.

We are unfortunately unable to offer you "electronic payment "services" via a bank card because the costs of such a system are out of the question for a non-profit-making body like us.

For all orders to be delivered in the European Union:

• A crossed cheque issued by a European banking institution and made out to "Colophon asbl" should be sent by post. It should cover the cost of the order, plus Euro 2, for the shipping costs, accompanied by an order form or a copy of your online order.

  N.B.: Starting on 1 July 2003, the costs of cross-border payments in the European Union are now the same as the corresponding charges for domestic payments (European Regulation 2560/2001), provided the payments are denominated in Euro and the recipient's IBAN (International Bank Account Number), name and address, along with the BIC (Bank Identifier Code), are specified correctly. You should also mention that the expenses are shared, i.e. the costs in your country are chargeable to you.
